Benito Antonio Martinez Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny, has officially put down roots in Los Angeles. The Latin superstar recently purchased a stunning property in Hollywood Hills – his first mansion in the United States.
Believe it or not, Bad Bunny was once a bagger at a supermarket before he became one of the biggest pop stars in the world. His music career started when he published his songs on SoundCloud.
He was discovered by a music producer and quickly rose to fame. While he was already big in Latin America, it wasn’t until he collaborated with Cardi B and J Balvin for I Like It that he broke into the US music scene.

Now, he is a worldwide superstar with an estimated net worth of $40 million!
And much like most other celebrities, the Puerto Rico-born singer invested some of his hard-earned money in real estate, recently splurging $8.8 million on a jaw-dropping mansion in the City of Angels. So if you’ve ever wondered where Bad Bunny lives, we’re here to break it down for you — while also giving you the tour of his new house and a sneak peek at his Big Rig, which makes for one hell of a ‘home away from home’.
Life in Puerto Rico
While Benito has officially joined the roster of famous celebs who live in LA, his main home is still in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has kept details of his mansion there undisclosed, so there’s not much we can tell you about Bad Bunny’s house in Puerto Rico.
At one point, reports say he lived in a $3 million mansion with ex-girlfriend Gabriele Berlingeri. The two had a five-year relationship and even quarantined together in 2020.
After a tumultuous relationship, they broke up in 2022 and are now dating around. Benito was recently spotted kissing Kendall Jenner, who is also a resident of Los Angeles. (*see Kendall Jenners house)
It seems like the singer is confirming that he has moved on from his past affairs, as he is ready to settle in Hollywood Hills.
Bad Bunny’s house in Los Angeles: a sprawling $8.8M mansion
It’s goodbye Puerto Rico and hello, Hollywood, at least for a while. The rapper recently dropped a cool $8.8 million for a Hollywood Hills mansion — and it’s a beauty!

Perched high up in the hills and surrounded by lush trees on all corners, the house affords the notoriously private singer some isolation from the public eye.
The mansion has two structures – a main house and a two-story guesthouse, with eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms combined, and a total living space of more than 7,000 square feet.

Inside, the sparkling white interiors are decorated with contemporary finishes.
There’s a spacious dining area beside a stylish, sunken living room that has a direct view of the pool and lounge.

The modern kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances and features a massive center island. An ultra-wide glass window across the island table offers a view of the garden for that relaxing indoor-outdoor feel.

Upstairs, the master suite of Bad Bunny’s house is the epitome of luxury living. It has a sitting area, a huge bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower room, a massive walk-in wardrobe, and a glass balcony with panoramic views of the pool area and the Sunset strip.

Another notable area is the stunning outdoor lounge, which is the perfect place to entertain guests. Bad Bunny’s new house comes with a large backyard that has a perfectly manicured lawn and a fully-equipped barbecue and grilling space.

Guests can also chill on the outdoor lounge’s wooden deck and take a dip in the infinity-edge pool.

The two-story guesthouse is situated just a few meters from the main house. Connected to the main house through large stone pathways, the guest house has its own multiple-car garage and is big enough for a family.

Towering palm trees and tropical plants decorate the outside, giving the mansion a luxury resort vibe.
His Big Rig isn’t too shabby either
The Hollywood Hills mansion is definitely a major upgrade from the tour truck he was using for his Miami show last year — though we wouldn’t mind calling that fancy ride home.
In a tribute to his uncles and other family members who are truckers, the rapper got himself a custom Peterbilt rig with a massive 53-foot trailer to match, heavily customized by the West Coast Customs team (most famous due to their long-running MTV show, Pimp My Ride, hosted by rapper Xzibit).
Through a partnership with Airbnb, Bad Bunny decided to convert his tour truck into a home.
Named The Last Big Rig, after El Ultimo Tour del Mundo (The Last World Tour), the semi-truck is decked out with a colorful living space, taking inspiration from the singer’s music and videos. The renovated truck also had a bedroom, a dining area, and a sitting room.

To celebrate the success of his sold-out tour, the rapper opened up the 53-foot rig for rental in March 2022. According to Benito, he wanted his fans to experience a glimpse of his tour life through his truck.
“Being on tour has reconnected me with my fans and the energy they give me during each show in every city we visit is incredible,” Bad Bunny said in a press release.
“I’m hoping that by hosting guests in my truck I can give them a chance to feel like they’re on tour with me. This truck has played such a big role in the concept of my tour and my last album that I want to share this unique experience with them.”
The package also included VIP tickets to his show, a tour of Bad Bunny’s favorite Miami stops, a photo shoot with the rig, and a personal message from Benito himself. This was definitely a cool way to thank his fans for their love and support!
